JP Maguire Associates, a privately held corporation established in 1982 by James P. Maguire III, is Connecticut's largest damage reconstruction contractor. Mr. Maguire is the current CEO and plays an active role in the day-to-day operations at the corporate headquarters in Waterbury, CT. Adhering to the principal of satisfying the customer needs has enabled JP Maguire Associates to become one of the most respected contracting firms specializing in insurance reconstruction in Connecticut.

Each office is staffed with a full complement of production personnel that includes an estimator, production manager, painters, carpenters, and associated restoration technicians. We employ over 70 people and have an administrative staff of eight people.

JP Maguire Associates, Inc. is a full service restoration contractor with a cleaning division utilizing the latest technology and well-trained personnel. We handle losses ranging from a small damage claim to a large property loss in excess of $1 million. Now agents and carriers can service their insured with a single phone call. Our new 37,000 square-foot facility, strategically located near Route 8 and I-84, allows in-house cleaning and climate controlled storage.
